Order Processing Times

Allow 1-2 business days for in stock items, and 3-5 business days for custom items to be ready to ship (or pick up).

Lettermail is shipped daily. Tracked orders are shipped 2-3 times per week.

Shipping Times & Tracking

Basic shipping (within Canada) is via Canada Post Lettermail for $6/order flat rate.  This does NOT include tracking, and can take up to 14 business days.

Tracked and expedited shipping options are available, based on the shipping location.  View details in cart at checkout.  All order shipped to USA or UK include tracking.
